We are thrilled that BS14 Club in Stockwood is in with a chance of winning up to £7,000, as part of The Bristol Post’s Airbus Community Fund.
BS14 Club is one of 47 local groups, in with a chance of winning a share of £20,000. The Airbus Community Fund, will give ten organisations an award for the positive impact they are having on their local community.
How will the money support the BS14 Club?
The support from the Airbus Community Fund, would allow investment in new multi-media equipment for the club. An investment in tablets, software and hardware, would allow young people to learn IT literacy and discover creative thinking, as well as experiment with different mediums of expression in music, photography, animation and gaming. We will be able to provide new furniture and create a dedicated room to IT learning.
So, how can I help?
From today, you’ll need to collect voting tokens which will be printed in the Bristol Post until Friday 3rd April 2020.
You will then need to either;
- Send the tokens directly to The Bristol Post,
- OR take to the following drop off locations
- BS14 Club – bring along on club nights if your young person attends club
- Stockwood Library – collection point during library opening hours
