#GreatBritishWeekofSport: Breaking down barriers at our Youth Clubs

Physical activity plays a vital role in getting young people at our Youth Clubs active, and helps us to break down barriers and address issues such as anti-social behaviour.
Our Youth Clubs pride themselves in providing safe environments, staffed by caring youth workers, that help inform and equip members to make healthy and safe life choices, as well as lifelong friendships.
Hear from some of our members about how their club has had a positive impact on them.
