Our COVID-19 response!

As Young Bristol re-enters national lockdown, our team have been busy planning how we can continue to support young people that we work with across Bristol and BANES.

Since the UK first went into lockdown earlier this year, Young Bristol has continued to keep young people at the forefront of what we do.

From Monday 9th November, Young Bristol will be supporting young people through our Virtual Youth Club, After School Club and detached youth work. In-line with The National Youth Agency’s latest guidance, this online and targeted face-to-face youth work, will make a difference in supporting young people whilst our programmes are closed.

We will continue to share updates on our work throughout lockdown, including our detached youth work in Bishop Sutton and Redcliffe.

What’s on at Young Bristol

Our Virtual Youth Club will bring the fun and support of our Community Youth Clubs straight to the homes of young people, providing them with an hour of valuable conversations, support and activities.

To tune into our Virtual Youth Club you’ll need to register on our online form. Are you under the age of 16? You will need to have your parent/carer complete part of the form.

Our After School Club is revisiting some of your favourite ‘Boredom Busters’ on our Facebook and Instagram channels, providing opportunities for young people to try something new, fun and inspiring.

Tune in every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4pm for creative, active and informative videos from the Young Bristol team!

Free, fun and creative downloadable worksheets for young people!
