Young Bristol COVID-19 Statement (19/07/2021)

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Following the latest updated guidance from the government and National Youth Agency announced today on Monday 19th July, Young Bristol has made the decision to continue to maintain our current level of service delivery until further notice, due to the increasing COVID-19 infection rates within Bristol. We will continue to provide all of our programmes for children and young people, including our summer delivery, to the best of our ability.

The following of our programmes are open for delivery:

Community Youth Clubs (open indoors and outdoors)
Creative Programme Open at our Community Youth Clubs
Holiday Clubs
Community Youth Clubs Open to 8 – 12 year olds
Outdoor Activity Programme Open to 8 – 16 year olds
Outdoor Activities
Family Sessions Open to all
Group Adventures Open to all
Kayak Club Existing members only
Outdoor Employment Programme Accepting new trainees
Youth Club on Wheels Open to 8 – 19 years olds
Youth Voice Existing members only

Please visit www.youngbristol.com/reopening where you can find more information about these programmes, as well as how to book your place online.

To ensure the safety of our staff and young people, face masks must continue to be worn by all young people and staff when indoors at our community venues, unless the individual has a valid exemption.

We will continue to review national government and youth agency guidance and adjust the delivery of our programmes accordingly.

We thank you for your continued support and patience during this time.

Yours sincerely,

Lee Williams
