Young Bristol is registered with the DBS as an Umbrella agency, allowing us to process Disclosure Checks on behalf of organisations and individuals.

There are three categories of Disclosure. Young Bristol are able to provide ENHANCED and STANDARD Checks. You can check what level of check your job position is eligible for on the DBS website.
There is also a BASIC level check available to anyone for any purpose. Young Bristol does not provide this level of check, however you can find out more via the link provided.
NOTE: DBS Checks are available for paid and voluntary roles. A volunteer is ‘A person who spends their time doing something that aims to benefit either an individual or group (other than, or in addition to, close relatives), and is not paid (except for travelling and other approved out-of-pocket expenses).’
