Your Local Community Experiences

Young Bristol

Young Bristol are offering a FREE 5 week experience to young people where you can learn the skills to become world and work ready! Young people will learn about different employability skills, which will help them in their future careers!

Ashton Vale Club for Young People, Silbury Road, BS3 2QE, starting Saturday 20th January. Duration – 5 weeks.

Are you aged 16-17? Are you studying health and social care or want to work with young people? Do you want the opportunity to deliver activities or events to young people?

Young Bristol are offering a part-time, seven-week experience to learn the skills needed to plan and deliver an event or activity in a youth-work setting, in a fun and engaging way.

Across 7 weeks you will learn to paddle a craft and learn to lead and deliver a watersports session all while building on and improving your own leadership and teamwork skills

  • Knowle West – Hengrove Leisure Centre, starting Wednesday 13th September, 4:00pm – 6:00pm. Duration – 12 weeks.
  • Central – City Academy, starting Thursday 14th September, 4:00pm – 6:00pm. Duration 12 weeks.

Youth Moves have a FREE, exciting opportunity which we want you to be a part of.

During Youth Moves NCS programme, you will build friendships, grow in confidence, get involved with lots of different activities and most importantly, have fun!
